The average person burns about 90 calories an hour sleeping so that would be about 720 calories burnt in 8 hours of sleep!

Walking upstairs can burn anywhere from 7 to 10 calories per minute.

Blogilates! It's pilates to pop music! She also does diet plans! They kill, but they help! at first, you'll gain weight, but it's from muscle! You can feel the muscle after the first or second time! They are fun! Just look them up on You Tube! Her videos are normally 3-10 minutes! not sure how many calories they burn, but you can feel the burn in the part of body it is supposed to help! Hope that helped:)
