HEY WITTY! read this for a second? PLEAASE? It's a pretty good cause!!
I know a lot of girls on here wanna lose weight, but just can't keep up, SOOO, if you could all comment on stupid thing that burns calories down below, I'd love to make a quote with all of them(I'll give credit to the user! Just tell what it is, how long you gotta do it, and how many calories it burns! I don't want like 2 hour long things, like 5 minutes, 20 calorie things cuz those add up with enough.. small things like that, but stupid, like chewing gum(11 c/h) or drinking a glass(16 0z) of ice cold water(about 17c/g)

Stupid things like that can burn calories, and their daily things so it's not like you're going out of your way! I just wanna see if we can get enough ideas (15-20) to make a quote. I think it could possibly help some people, and hey how bad could it be to learn stupid stuff like this. Never know when you'll need trivial knowledge to win the million bucks on a game show;)

The average person burns about 90 calories an hour sleeping so that would be about 720 calories burnt in 8 hours of sleep!

Walking upstairs can burn anywhere from 7 to 10 calories per minute.

Blogilates! It's pilates to pop music! She also does diet plans! They kill, but they help! at first, you'll gain weight, but it's from muscle! You can feel the muscle after the first or second time! They are fun! Just look them up on You Tube! Her videos are normally 3-10 minutes! not sure how many calories they burn, but you can feel the burn in the part of body it is supposed to help! Hope that helped:)
