Chapter
18
"Why do you look like you've never been in a limo
before?" Tony asked.
"Because I haven't," I mumbled.
"What?!" He asked.
I shrugged and looked at the ground.
"Aw," he said grabbing me into a hug.
Before he got the chance to pull away, Jaime put his arm in
between us.
"SEPERATE!" He screamed.
I facepalmed and stared at him.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yes, really. You're sitting next to me in the limo and
at the restaurant by the way." He
told me with a smile.
I rolled my eyes and stepped inside, sliding all the way down so
Jaime could sit next to me.
"Cockblock," I heard Tony say.
I quieted my giggles with my hand.
He looked at me and smiled, but Jaime put his face right infront
of me so
I could no longer see him.
"Jaime, what are you trying to do here?" I asked him
angrily.
"I don't know what you're talking about," he
replied sweetly.
Mike chuckled and closed the door.
We drove for a good 45 minutes before we got to our
destination.
I looked at the building and read the sign telling us where we
were.
It was called South Coast Winery.
We walked inside and we were led to a dining room.
It was absolutely beautiful. Good thing Vic told me to dress
up.
Jaime chuckled at my shocked expression and led me to the end of
the table.
He sat next to me and Tony was seated at the other end.
I sighed and looked at my menu.
When we were done ordering, out of the corner of my eye I saw
Tony leaing forward so he could look at me.
Jaime purposely blocked his view and started talking to me.
"Why are you guys doing this to me?" Tony whined to
Mike and Vic.
Mike gave him a pity look and Vic looked as if he wanted to
cry.
Jaime ignored his question and kept rambling on about tattoos or
something.
"Speaking of tattoos, wanna come with me to get one?" I
piped up suddenly.
He stopped talking and all the guys looked at me.
"DUH!" Jaime yelped as he hugged me.
He kissed my cheek right as the food arrived and I tried to
ignore
Tony's jealous stare.
I sighed and we all ate in silence.
Jaime, Vic, and Mike all split a dessert and I just sat there and
stared at the table.
"What's wrong Kotabear?" Jaime asked me.
I shrugged but didn't say anything.
"Dee?" I heard Mike call me.
I looked down the table at him. "Yeah Mike?"
"Come here."
I let out a deep breath before getting up and walking over to
him.
He pulled me down so he could whisper in my ear.
"You know Tony really likes you, right?" He asked.
"Yes," I replied.
"Well?"
"I like him too.. obviously," I informed him.
He nodded and he let me go and turned back towards the table.
I stood there for a few seconds and Tony turned to say something
to Mike and
smiled when he saw me standing there.
He opened his mouth to say something to me but Jaime called my
name.
"Deeeeeeeee! I need to talk to youuuuuu!"
I sighed and mouthed 'later' to Tony.
He nodded and I went back to my seat.
"Yes, Jaime?" I growled.
"We're getting tattoos tomorrow, okay?"
I nodded and the check came to the table.
Jaime slowly slid it towards Vic, grinning like an idiot.
I giggled and within the next 15 minutes, we were out the door
and Tony was
running towards me.
Before he reached me, I ducked into the limo and slid into the
far corner.
He followed me and practically sat on my lap, covering my face in
kisses.
"It's not like I died," I whispered, laughing at
his eagerness.
"Okay, break it up!" Jaime hissed.
I pouted at him and told him how much I loved him.
"You're the best person on the whole planet Jaime, and I
love you a lot.
And we're getting tattoos tomorrow so you should let me stay
here and not
force Tony away."
Tony chuckled into my shoulder and Jaime sighed and agreed to let
us stay.
I punched the air in victory and talked to Tony the rest of the
ride home.
