Not What I Expected

Chapter 2

When I got home, I changed into some sweatpants and a tanktop. I sat on my bed and opened my laptop. I immediately logged on to Witty Profiles, Facebook, and my Youtube Channel. I had 3 notifications on Facebook, and one message. The message was from Josh. It read, "Hey babe. Guess what's coming up?? That's right... Your one year anniversary of dating<3 I can't wait!" As I read it.. I freaked. I totally forgot! As I opened up the invite to the party Mariah was having on Facebook, I realized our one year was on the same day! 'What am I going to do?!' I thought. It was only a couple of days away.
Josh and I met through a couple friends. I've been in class with him since Kindergarten.. but he was always way to popular for me to talk to. I've liked him forever! Like ever since I saw him! He had short brown hair and gorgeous brown eyes that you can just die over. He was very muscular, since he played basketball 24/7, and really tall. I like that about him, that way whenever I hug him my head lays right on his chest. Anyway, a couple of my friends had been friends withhim for awhile. They introduced us to eachother and we've practically been in love ever since. I don't believe in love at first sight but boy, I think it happened. We hung out a ton! He came over to my house to swim at the lake a lot, and I went everywhere with him and his family. After awhile, he finally asked me out. I was soo happy. Since then, he's everything I could dream for. I swear I'm in a fairytale.
*BAM!*
A gaint banging on my door inturrupted my daydream.
I yelled, "WHO IS IT!?"
"Guess," said someone in this really silly girly voice.
I smiled. I jumped up and ran to the door and opened it. I gave Josh a huge hug.
"I didn't know you were coming over?!" I exclaimed.
"Well I wanted to surprise you!"
He pulled out a bouquet of flowers from behind his back. I smiled from ear to ear. I gave him another huge hug and said thank you as i went and put them in a vase. He sat on my bed while I did so. My mom loves Josh so much, she trusts us to be alone in my room. I like that.
I went over and sat next to Josh on my bed we cuddled, and talked about everything.
"So are you going to the party?" Josh said.
"I dunno.. I gotta ask my mom first. I'm not so sure I want to go, it doesn't seem like a good idea..."
"Oh come on Alexis! It'll be fun. I promise I'll keep you safe. You know that!
"Yeah I know... I'm just not so sure."
"Okay, I'll let you think about it. But I promise I wouldn't let you get hurt."
"I know" I said quickly as he leaned in for a kiss. It got intense pretty quickly. I ended up strattling over him, while his tounge swished through my mouth. Suddenly, my brothers voice inturrputed our little party.
"DINNER'S READY!! Is Josh staying with us for dinner?"
"YEAH! We'll be down in a minute." I said before he came upstair to tell me.
We went down for hamburgers and hots dogs on the grill.
When we were finished, Josh had to head home.
"I love you baby" he said wisphering into my ear before kissing me, and walking home.
I still had to ask my mom about the party. I nervously walked out to her while she was cleaning up the kitchen.
"Mom I need to ask you something..." I said.

Next chapter might be a little boring. But it'll be good.
