Not What I Expected
Chapter 1
I ran and jumped into his arms immendietly after I saw him. I kissed him. I loved feeling his soft lips kiss mine. I got back on my feet and said hello to my bestfriends Lily, Mariah, and Taylor. We were at one of the first varsity football games of the season. It was October. I had just turned 15. So far, I loved the beginning of Freshman year. It was a lot of fun. The whole game I was glued to Josh's side, like usual. It was one of those nights I would never forget. We laughed, made fun of eachother, and showed off how wonderful our relationship was. My mom showed up in the parking lot to take Josh and I home. He lived five minutes, driving time, from me so we just dropped him off to save his parents gas. I kissed him good night, and went home. I walked up to my room and into my bathroom where I brushed out my curly light brown hair, and cleaning my face to wash off all my makeup. I put on some pink polka-dot pajama's and climbed into bed. I was almost asleep when my phone's vibrate intrupped the peace. I was getting a phone call from Josh. I picked up and said hello in a very groggy voice. He responded, "Hello beautiful. I just wanted to say goodnight before you fell asleep. I love you soo much!"
"I love you too babe, but I gotta go now.. My mom's gonna get mad."
"I know, I'll see you tomorrow at school love. Goonight"
"Night"
I woke up to my mom yelling at me to get up for school. It was 6 o'clock. I had an hour to get ready before my mom drove me to school. I threw on a red and blue plaid shirt from Aeropostale, a pair of boot leg jeans, and my cowgirl boots. I curled my hair with my wand and put on my everyday natural looking makeup. I went down stairs after brushing my teeth and grabbing my phone. I ate breakfast and grabbed my white Jansport backpack and walked out to the car. Before my mom got there, I saw Josh walking down the road. We live so close to school, so he walks. But I'm too lazy, so I drive. He saw me and started running. I dropped my backpack and gave him a huge hug. I decided to walk with him instead of driving. I told my mom and she went back inside. He grabbed my hand and we started walking. We talked. About everything, like we always do. We arrived at school, I walked to my locker, put my backpack away, kissed Josh goodbye and headed to my first class where I met a couple of my friends. Time past, classes past, and finally it was close to the end of the day. I saw a some of my friends, including Josh, all excited and talking about something. I walked over to find out what was going on.
"Hey Guys! What's going on?"
"Oh there's just this sick party im holding! No adults! It's going to be awesome!" Mariah said.
"Sounds like fun, I guess... How many people will be there?"
"Like EVERYONE!!" Lily exclaimed.
"I gotta go guys, my moms here! Text me the deets. Bye babe." I said to Josh as I kissed his cheek and walked over to my mom at the office, signing me out.
