Well don't right away... talk to him first and get his number (if you don't have it.) Then text him and tell him if you are scared or you can strait up tell him to his face. But you should tell him. If you do and he doesn't feel that way then too d!mn bad for him. his loss. But if he does then you will be so happy. And if you don' then you will never know and you'll regret not doing it.
