Hannah ive known you for a long time....and you always looked on the brightside of everything! And knowing the hannah i did I know that you are one of the strongest people I know. Maybe your mind isn't thinking the way it used too so make the best of it, just look at things in a different perspective and trust me ive gone through the same thing and you were my role model to look at everything in such a good way that you pulled me out of that dark hole. And I never told my because shed say the EXACT same thing!!! find something that you absolutely love, like i know for you its hockey. so that probably takes your mind off of things. but i love reading because just for a few chapters it takes me out of my world and into a new one.. i know reading isnt everyones thing, but it helps me when i dont feel myself. love you! text me if you need aything <3

I usually go somewhere quiet and away from everything that making u depressd. i live on a hill so i go to the bottom of the hill and sit in a little feild in the woods and take pictures of the nature or just relax and listen!
