I've done it before, hard to do, you need to be determined.
Last time I lost 20 pounds. :)

NO!!!!! What a bloody awful idea. If you do that, you tissues get water-looged, that's why they go into overdrive and make you lose weight. In simpler terms, you star to drown from the inside.I know its hard but you're best exercising and eating properly, which gives you a lasting weight loss.
