i think if you help your friend to stop cutting then you'll just solve everyone's problems! :) never tell though. you're right, it's not your secret to tell.

Don't tell the other friend. If you tell her than the trust you and your best friend will be lost. If you are worried about your best friend cutting then tell her that she doesnt need to do that to escape everything because you will always be there for her.
