It's real, it's going into affect tomorrow. You can check to see if you have it by visiting any of these FBI approved websites. I checked and I'm all set c: http://dcwg.org/

Basically, if you have it, it changes websites to make it look like your on a website (like Facebook), but youre really on something else (like a money making site), and then it cancels out your internet.
