I think you should try and get her to give you a curfew of about 11. You're about to be 16 and if you're responsible she should trust you.

That's ridiculous!! I just turned 15, and I don't haves curfew. I can come home at 12 if I want, as long as my parents know where I am! U should ask your mom to make a deal something like if she knows where u are and you have your phone and text her every hour or soemthing!!
