Sitting in
this dark room by myself. Music blasting. Just do it nobody will
hear you scream. Nobody will notice. You're not wanted. You
don't belong. You're told all the time you're too
weird, you're too "thick". You're not good enough
to be on this planet. You don't belong. You aren't supposed
to live. Why are you here.? Sit there in your dark room with your
"emo" music blasting. And you hang there no one see's
no one cares. Just tie the rope just hang there hopeless and
lifeless. Nobody cares anyway. Just do it. No body wants you, you
keep telling yourself. You keep telling yourself it doesn't
matter. It doesn't matter anyway. Just hang there while the
whole world continues to spin. You don't have to deal with the
pain, don’t have to deal with the rude people, don’t
have to deal with any of the torture you’re put threw. Nobody
cares. You sit at the computer for hours just listening to the
music you LOVE. Your not wanted. The people you thought were there
left you. Now you’re truly alone and you feel like it’s
the only option. You know mom and dad will be sad. You know your
loved by family, but they have no choice. Bullies are in your head
their words mock your every step. You do the wrong thing and you
think, “What are they going to say now.?”. I’m
done with the pain, I’m done with the harm, I’m done
with life. So goodbye Mom I love you. Goodbye Dad I love you
sosososo much. Please it’s not either of your faults.
I’m tired of the pain. I know there are going to be people
who are going to say she could have stuck it out. The pain can get
better. But there are no bullies that are actually listening to all
the messages that teens are trying to send. Nobody listens. While I
sit here and cry my eyes out almost every night no body cares. So
if I’m gone will it change.?

I'm going to be frank with you here. Yes it is REALLY hard and yes your going to have to try REALLY hard for it to feel better. But one day you'll be treated as an equal. As you belong. As you should be treated.
You need to face them. Tell them what they have done to you. Show them that they don't own you that you control your life.
You can do it. Just don't harm yourself doing it.
