If The World Really Does End.

Ch 3

January 3rd, 2012

 Dear Diary,

     My arm hurts so bad. Mom gave me a pain reliever 20  minutes ago so it should start to kick in soon. Then the  thought came to me,
 “What am I suppose to do today that I can write in my      diary?”
 But then something amazing happened. I’ll start from the  beginning. At 8:00 A.M., I woke up and later Mason came                         over. Mom and dad let us have some time to talk without  their supervision. They were in their room which is across the house. Mason was walked into my room by my mom and as she was leaving she shut the door. We talked for hours, but while we were talking I told him he could sign my cast with the silver shapie my parents had bought for me on the way home from the hospital. As he leaned in to sign the big purple cast I realized there was 2 inches of air between our faces. Then, it happened. Our eyes locked and I had my first real kiss. When we realized what had just happened we were just staring at each other with 2 inches still between our faces then he took a step back and didn’t say a word. I started a conversation and things  weren’t as awkward as they were before. It was 2:00 and  Mason had to leave because my mom wanted me to get more rest. I fell asleep and woke up around dinner time. I            took another pain relief and ate some chicken nuggets, then back to bed I went.
