Well if you see someone using a format you like you can just go over to the side bar where you can like their quotes. Then you just click on get code and copy that and then go to add a quote on the top. When you get there you then click on the source in the corner, you then paste the code their. Then you click source again and you delete what the persons previous quote was and you can put your own quote in there. If this confuses you there is some videos on youtube!
