So, i want to lose weight. I made my high school's softball team. We run a mile every practice and we are always moving. I also play for another team we aren't moving as much but we are always doing something. So i play 7 days a week for at least 2-3 hours everyday. What is best way to change my eating habits? i eat breakfast everyday and i don't eat big lunches or dinners, But i always snack after practices if dinner is not done. So what is the best way to change my habits?

Do it bit by bit, so instead of having e.g a chocolate bar and a sanwich, and half a chocolat bar and a sandwich etc.... < 3

Um. Many think starving themselves or skipping meals with make them skinnier and it will but it is very unhealthy and once you start eating normal again you will gain all the weight plus more back because it slows your metabolism down. To lose weight drink lots of water, dont drink a lot of soda or other fatty drinks, having some every once in a while is okay tho, also eat healthier foods, also eat about 6 meals with half the serving sizes throughout the day instead of 3 meals with bigger servings. You will eat the same amount of food throughout the day but it will be healthier and eating 6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of the 3 bigger strengthens and fastens your metabolism because its constantly working, hope this helps :) I read all this online a while back when i wanted to lose weight, and dont expect to lose 20 pounds in a week, it will take a lil while before seeing results so dont weigh yourself every night and get discouraged weigh yourself like every two weeks or every month also combine these with exercise! Which sounds like your doing alot anyways with constant running and softball :) Just dont start starving yourself or throwing up your food, it wont help. :) Good Luck!
