few years ago a mother and a father decided they needed a break, so they wanted to head out for a night on the town. So they called their most trusted babysitter. When the babysitter arrived the two children were already fast asleep in bed. So the babysitter just got to sit around and make sure everything was okay with the children. Later in the night, the babysitter got bored and so she wanted to............... watch tv but she couldnt watch it downstairs because they didnt have cable downstairs (the parents didnt want their children watching too much garbage) so she called them and asked them if she could watch cable tv in the parents room. Of course the parents said it was ok, but the babysitter had one final request. She asked if she could cover up the large clown statue in their bedroom with a blanket or cloth, because it made her nervous. The phone line was silent for a moment, and the father(who was talking to the babysitter at the time) said..take the children and get out of the house..we'll call the police...we dont have a clown statue..the children and the babysitter got murdered by the clown. it turned out 2 be that the clown was a killer that escaped from jail. if you dont repost this within 5 minutes the clown will be standing next 2 your bed at 3:00am with a knife in his hand

    Chapter 9
We went to the hospital, and John got ex-rays. He broke his back in three different spots, and got a small concussion. The doctor told him to stay in bed, and at home for the next 3 weeks, but he couldn’t work till 8 weeks. It’s going to kill John, I said to Megan. “I know right? When do you ever see John sit still?” “Well he stayed still on the whole way home” I said. Megan just laughed. John definitely changed his riding skills, and try’s to ride a lot safer. He totaled his bike, and it would cost him at least $3,000 to fix it. He said it was worth it, and right when he got the doctors okay, he started working on it. E all drive a little bit slower now too, but hey! Were kids, we like to have fun, and ride hard! (:

    Capter 8
It was probably the longest 4 and a half hours in my life. Everyone was silent, the music was really low, and I could here the music from Nick and Sam’s truck. When we stopped at a gas station I switched to Nick’s truck Because John’s was just to depressing. I got dumped before I left to go to Maine, and wasn’t looking forward to going home. The silent truck ride home wasn’t the best thing either, especially because the kid was all I thought about. When I got into Nick’s truck Nick and Sam asked me how John was. I told them he was asleep, and that’s why I got in their truck, because it was to quite in the other truck. The rest of the ride went by a lot quicker, because we were blaring music, laughing, and just having a good time in general. When we pulled into Jeff and Jason’s driveway, the whole family was there, as well as John’s parents. Jeff must have called them on the way home. The boys carried John out of the truck, while I went over to Megan, Jeff and Jason’s sister. I told Megan what happened, and her first question was the question we are all wondering. Is he going to be okay?

    Chapter 7
When I woke up the next morning, I looked at the clock and it said 8:30. I rolled over and tried to fall back asleep. I heard Jeffrey’s Voice outside. He was talking to someone but I didn’t know who. I figured I was just hearing things because Jeff is probably still asleep. But then I heard it again. I got up, brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, and then walked outside. The truck was packed. The bikes were on the trailer. Jeffrey, Nick, and John were all showered and Jason was in the shower. “Were leaving in a Hour” Jeff said, “so be ready.” I could tell Jeff was ticked. He came up to ride, and if it weren’t for John riding stupidly, we would all be here for 3 more days. “I’m going to take a shower after Jason, and then ill be ready to go.” I said to Jeff. He didn’t respond. I knew he heard me, but I understand why he didn’t reply. Jeff always ends up babysitting John when we go away. He makes sure he rides safe, wears his helmet, and when something goes wrong Jeff is always the one to call John’s parents. Jeff didn’t want to do it anymore, and he shouldn’t have too.

    Chapter 6
No matter how many times we tried to slap his face, or scream at him, he wouldn’t wake up. We were really starting to worry. We were an hour away from the nearest hospital, and that hospital has a really bad reputation. We got there in 45 minutes; I guess you could say we were speeding. When we got there we had to wait in the waiting room for about an hour before they took him in. What really got us mad was the fact that we were the only ones at the hospital so why was it taking so long? They finally took him in and did some 1.2.3.4 zap thing, and he became conscious again. He hit his head on a rock, which knocked him out. I guess that explains why the helmet was shattered. The doctor said that the ex-ray room was shut down for some stupid reason so they wouldn’t take him in. John said he was fine and as long as we stay in for the day, he can go back to camp and spend the night, and wait until we leave to go home in the morning. The doctor said he wouldn’t suggest it, but we didn’t have any other choice, so we did.

    Chapter 5
The next thing I remember was Nick and Sam carefully carrying his un-conscious body onto the trail. The gently settled him on the ground, and then walked back over to the bike to figure out how to get it out. The boys were huffing, and puffin, put they finally got it out after 20 minutes of struggling. Jeff thought that he could put John on the back of his bike and get him back to the camp that way. We all agreed it was too dangerous. Nick came up with the idea of all of us riding back and leaving John and his bike there, and then coming back up with the truck and trailer. We all thought that was a good idea, but I didn’t want to leave John there defenseless. Jeff, Nick, Sam, and Jason road back to camp to get the truck, and left me there with John. When I’m alone with John its never awkward. But this time it was. Probably only because he wasn’t really there, it was just his body. The boys came back with the truck, and lifted John’s body into the back seat. The boys held the trailer down, while I drove the bike up onto the trailer. We tied it down and off we went.

    Chapter 4
Jason told me to go grab Jeff, Nick and Sam at the next intersection where they would stop to wait for us. “Jas, I’m not leaving John, or you, what if something happens?” “Something already did happen Christina, Look at him! Now go get Jeff, Nick and Sam, Please!” I didn’t even look at Jason. I was watching John the whole time. “Hang in their John, I’m going to be back as soon as I can, and were going to get you to a hospital.” I sprinted over to my bike, kick started it harder then I ever had before, and off I went. I couldn’t stop thinking of all the bad things that could happen to John while I was gone. He could pass out; He could even die, if he moves the wrong veins. In what felt like forever, I finally caught up to Jeff, Nick and Sam. When I walked up to Jeff, he saw the tears coming down my face, and immediately hugged me. “Are you okay? What happened to your bike? Why is it dented in the side? And why are the handle bars bent?” “ I came up on the hill, I saw him move, I panicked, I didn’t know what to do, I threw my bike down to the ground and sprinted over. I just don’t want anything else to happen to him!” I could barley get the words out as I said it. “Who is it John? Or Jason?” I couldn’t even reply. Hear I am with tears running down my face, while Nick and Sam sat there looking at me like I was crazy. I just did what I thought I had to do. I bolted back to my bike, started it again. I figured they would follow, which they did, and I lead the way back to John. When we got there, they were all speechless. Nick and Sam figured out why I was crying, and finally understood. John was un-conscious. Jason told me to go grab Jeff, Nick and Sam at the next intersection where they would stop to wait for us. “Jas, I’m not leaving John, or you, what if something happens?” “Something already did happen Christina, Look at him! Worst. Vacation. Ever
    Chapter 3
We had a good fun day of riding, until the end. We road for about 3 hours into the woods, and decided to turn around and come back. We were about 2 miles from camp, right down the camp road. The order we were in was, Jeff leading, followed by Nick and Sam, Then John, me, Jason. I came up on top of the hill and realized there wasn’t any dust in front of me. I remember wondering how that was possible because I was literally right behind John the whole way. Then I saw him. I saw a little movement on the side of the trail and immediately hit my breaks. When I came to almost a complete stop, I threw my bike down to the ground, ran over to him, and saw his beat red face. I would say he looked like a tomato, but it still wouldn’t have described his face. The bike was destroyed and had a wide-open throttle the whole time. John was on the ground, rolling in agony, Screaming I BROKE MY BACK!! I cant even explain the shock, concern, and sadness, that all rushed through me at once. Jason saw us and stopped. He sprinted over, but he didn’t even have to ask, he knew, just as well as I did, not only did John break his back, but also this meant we were all screwed.

    Chapter 2
When we finally got to camp it was around midnight. It went from only a 4 and a half hour ride, to easily 8 hours. 8 Hours is a long time, when your starving, and things keep going wrong. When we finally got to camp we lit the wood stove on, and cranked the heat. Then shortly after we unloaded we all went to bed. We woke up a lot later then planned, but I guess it was worth it, the fact that we were up till 2:00 the night before. We all got dressed into our riding gear, gassed up the bikes, ate breakfast, and off we went.

    Worst. Vacation. Ever.
    Chapter 1
I wish I could say this was one of those stories with a happy ending that everything turns out perfect, but its not. On Thursday night after we left my house and got on the highway, it seemed like everything that could go wrong, went wrong. The first thing that happened was John, Jeffrey, and Jason got into a car accident. Some old lady cut them off, and kept on going. We had to pull over and look at the damage, which luckily wasn’t much. There was a head light out, so we called the police and asked if we could keep driving because we were 1 hour away from home. They said it was fine, and to keep going, and obviously to drive carefully. If that wasn’t bad enough, Nick’s truck got a flat tire. We had to wait 1 hour for the AAA guy to get there. Then once he finally got there it took 45 minutes to change the tire, because Nick’s truck is so big. If that wasn’t enough, Jeffrey and their truck, ran out of gas. Moral of the story is, the ride up was rough.
