Afraid Ch. 1

      I ran toward him. Trying to see him again after months being apart, I couldn't

risk loosing him anymore. He saw me and held his arms out for the biggest hug I

have ever gotten. He kept his hands in my hair while I buried my face in his chest. 

"I missed you," was all Dan said. He kept me close as I smiled. " I can't believe I get to see

you for 2 months." He was my summer best friend and we fell in love last year. His smile and 

his voice always soothed me. "Ally, I will always love you, even if we see eachother only for 2

months." I looked into his dark brown eyes and saw just him and me.

    He spent the entire day with me, helping me unpack my bags in my room while dancing to

music. He smiled at me and kept giving me flirty looks. I wanted to kiss him right then and

there but he told me to wait until later that night. I looked at him curiously as he just smiled,

filling me with wonder.
