Last Monday I was admitted to the hospital for cutting and abusing drugs. Today I was discharged and was cleared to go home. I still have to attend a day program every weekday though.

I have learned so much since then. I was put in SIRS (self-injury recovery services) which is mixed with ED (eating disorder). I saw so many of the ED girls struggle with there bulimia and anorexia. And alot of the SIRS girls/guy struggling to come to terms that they really did need this help.

I have made some great progress in treatment. Not only am I now almost completely sober but I also have no urges to self injure.

Just goes to show that if you are struggling with either of these issues its ok to open up and ask for the help that you need. I understand it's hard to ask for help when it comes to this type of stuff but I could save your life.
