I understand completely how you feel. I consider myself bicurious/bisexual. Even though I have no deep sexual feelings for my friends I know how it feels to be attracted to somebody that is the same gender. I think you should just tell her how you feel, and if she doesn't feel the same way she should at least stay your friend. If shes a true friend she'll understand. Also, like me, you may be a little confused by what your feeling, because even though your probably older than me your still young.

I think you should tell her; you don't want to keep your feelings locked up inside you, they will eat you alive eventually. Getting it out of your system will really help. If she is truly your best friend, nothing will ruin your relationship as of now. Hope this helps?
