Begin by creating a base, which is priming the eyelids
and dabbing concealer under your eyes to reduce dark
circles. Make sure it stays put by dusting on a layer
of loose powder. Blend a silvery eyeshadow across your
lids. Then take the eyeshadow underneath the eye, and
blend it into the lower lashes. Work a black pencil
eyeliner across the bottom and top lash lines, as well
as the upper and lower rims. Apply your black mascara
next. The next step is to create the glittery holiday
eye you are aiming for. There are two options: a) Dip a
flat eyeshadow brush into your choice color of glitter
glue, preferably silver or gold. Pat it onto the
eyelid. or, b) Take your choice color of shimmer
shadow, and pat that onto your eyelid. And there you
go, a glitter smokey eye perfect for the holidays!
