I'm sorry that you are going through this!
:( I used to have really bad confidence issues, but i tried to make myself feel good and do things i love. so for all the days you don't cut try something you havn't or just do something fun! It will get your mind off it! I'm here for you, you will be in my thoughts and prayers...Feel better!! :)

Join the Butterfly Project! you draw a butterfly on your wrist and if you cut, you kill the butterfly, if you don't cut you keep this majestic animal alive. Don't cut and let that butterfly live for a long time. :)

There are always other ways to dealing with hurt. Cutting isnt one of them. All that is new pain covering up the old pain. Thats doesnt mean it's gone. You're just adding more misery into your life. If you anything, please please please try to look at your life as the glass if half full. Look at everything that is bringing negativity into your life.. then get rid of it. All of it. Then you'll feel refreshed and you can start over. Its never too late to start new. Please, you're a strong person. Dont let yourself be like this. There is so much out there just waiting for you to uncover. (:

I've been through that too, but recently stopped. You just gotta think positive and enjoy the little things in life. Just remember, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger(: so Stay strong for us cause we are all here for ya!! :}
