Friday
came quick, like I expected. My dad was really started
to get nervous about them coming so he had us clean
the house from top to bottom.
"Don't forget to put water bottles in the rooms!
and make sure we have plenty of towels"
My dad was running around straighting everything out.
"He's acting like this is a hotel or
something"
Me and my sister laughed to ourselfs.
Since we were having comapny over, me and my
sister had to give up our rooms. Paul and his
girlfriend Shawn are going to sleep in gracie's
room. While the two teenagers slept on my bunk bed.
"Wait...Dad where are me and grace gonna
sleep?"
I asked concerned.
"In the tree house" Dad said like it was no big
deal.
Ahh yes the tree house. You may think this thing
is like any old club you''ll see in
movies or something, but no. Not at all. My dad over
did this project when we were little, he added
electricity and a heating system.
"Uhhhhh! Do we really have to sleep up
there?"
My sister angrily moaned.
"Its not a big deal you guys have sleepovers up there
all the time in the summer, nows no
different"
My dad said as he plopped himself on a bean bag.
Me and my sister, looked at eachother and shake our
heads. Knowing theres no way out of it. We pick out
the things from our rooms we wanted to take up to the tree
house, climbed up the ladder and got our area all
situated. We come back downstairs and my brother and
dad were watching T.V. My sister plopped herself on
one of the beanbags and joined them. i sighed and
went upstairs to take a shower, my hair being longer
took forever to dry if i do it in the morning. Finnaly
after i was done with my night routine, I joined
them. We were all watching T.V. when they came in, and
thats the first time I saw him.
