We both excitied the door and I turned to Jace, waiting for him to lock the hotel door, so we could proceed on except he frowned as he patted down his pants. Don't tell me, I thought glaring at him. He lost the hotel key.
"Spare me you're freaking dirty looks, don't blame me", he shot back as he shut the door and walked past. As I guess our hangovers were getting to both of us, making us grumpy. We walked into Mitzi's room without knocking and they were all sprawled out around the room. Sean and Noah were holding ice packs on their faces. Mitzi looked what I can only describe as a wannabe Justin Beiber, Beau was dressed up as a drag queen, Libby was coated in neon paint and Tammy was the only one who looked relatively normal, except for the huge parrot on her shoulder who seemed to glare at me with it's black beady eyes.
"You guys know what happened last night", I groaned taking in all my friends who all looked hungover and chaotic. Tammy slowly blinked her eyes "I don't know. . .but. . .I have a parrot", she pointed her thumb to the parrot melatonely. The parrot seemed to glare at me even harder" SQUAWK Beau is a drag queen SQUAWK", it belted out and Beau snatched the ice pack from Noah and chucked it at the parrot. Which the parrot dodge perfectly if I might add. "Heyyy", Noah protested pathetically while Beau ignored him. "I know that you stupid parrot", he hissed. "I hope you die, get eaten matter of fact I'm gonna eat you. You're going to be good too", he growled and the parrot turned it's glare to Beau and repeated it's words "SQUAK Beau is a drag queen SQAUWK".
"Who the hell taught it, to say that", Beau boomed and then cringed probably making his hangover worst as he slouched in the chair in defeat. The parrot seemed to turn truimphantly as it it's eyes landed back on me. This actually would've been a comical situation and we probably all would've been laughing at Beau's misfortune if we all were thinking faster and our brains weren't processing so slow."What happened last night", I repeated growing annoyed at this whole situation and that annoying parrot. They all shrugged slowly and I sighed deafeated sticking my hands in my jeans pocket and then quickly pulled them out feeling something sharp. Cautiously I dug back in my jeans and pulled out something shredded. A closer inspection reveals it's my ID card. Just great. "I'm covered in paint", Libby added slowly but I just ignored her. I know, I know I'm suppose to make up with her but now talking to her with a dull pain thumping in my head would just make me want to kick her. Glaring right back at the frustrating parrot who seemed to find me so damn interesting that it had to just continue staring at me with it's beady little eyes I put my hands on my hips. "I don't suggest you know how to find out what happened", it just stared at me.
"Dumn bird", I muttered and it seemed it narrowed it's eyes defiantly. "SQUAWK camera SQUAWK"
"Huh", I asked dumbly. I could almost imagine the parrot rolling it's eyes in exasperation. "Camera SQUAWK Mitzi camera SQUAWK", and I just stared at the bird in amazement. It kinda scared me actually, this bird was smart, I noticed it still continued to glare at me. . .and maybe evil. For all I know it could try world domination. "Oh right, I did film with my camera", Mitzi spoke up and all eyes snapped to her.
