That long annoying one about a girl in a hospital & eyes? It's a great story & it's an actually meaningful quote. If you don't like the quote then don't read it, simple as that.

she probably likes it, she just wanted to look at something else when she looks at the top quotes, i wouldn't say its annoying, but if you already favorited it and you dont want to read it over and over, its kind of annoying to scroll down alot.. just clearing up what she probably meant :$
