Let him kiss you. Don't pressure him too much. Maybe he likes you just as much but you don't want to scare him away. And also, I don't think you should have a first kiss be public at all. That's my opinion. Mine was - majorly - and I regretted it a lot. It was awkward and embarrassing... That's just my opinion. Congrats tho! I hope everything works out. (: Good luck.
