I told some of my 'friends' that I was going to kill myself that night. I'll never forget the look of disappointment on their faces when I came to school the next day with bloody wrists.

the guys joke around about it! in my last hour, sometimes i'll be really upset because of stuff and guys will be like "go cut yourself christina" or "did you cut yourself last night?" and theyre like "everyone hates you!" and im like "wow you guys seriously need to stop because you dont know what goes on in people's lives!" and they think its funny and make more jokes about cutting. -__-

and bulimia/anorexia. Last year a girl who's stick thin would stand in the locker room and be like "ohh my god guys i'm sooooo fat...i'm like almost a hundred pounds. wowwww, i can't eat" it's like uhh noo. real ones with that disease don't brag about it.

I dunno, everyone has their own opinions on it. I was at the point of suicide once, I hated myself. But now I make jokes about it, even about emo kids, with the emo kids. We all think it's funny, whether it's serious or not. We all realize it's wrong, but so are jokes about Casey Anthony, , gays, Michael Jackson being a rapist, jokes, the works, but they're still told. I guess everyone has different views on it. That doesn't mean they, or my friends, don't understand it is serious, and that there are times when you just don't laugh. When my best friend told me she had cut and attempted suicide, I sure as hell didn't laugh.
