It All Started with a Tweet- Chapter 37

"Move over! Your feet are so cold!" I squealed, as Justin climbed into bed next to me.

"Shhh! You'll wake up the whole house!" He whispered, laughing.

"You shouldn't be here! You're breaking the rules!"

"Rules shmules! I missed you!" He said, wrapping his arms around me.

"I saw you..." I calculated the time we had spent apart, "Nine hours ago!"

"But those nine hours were spent without you! Now be quiet and enjoy the moment," he said, chuckling.

"What are we doing today?"

"You never shut up, do you?" He laughed.

"Hey! I guess I won't say anything anymore!" I zipped my lips shut and threw away the key, all he did was laugh at me.

"I bet you can't go five minutes without talking." I only shook my head. "I thought we would meet up with Chaz an Ryan, see some of my old friends, introduce you all."

"That sounds nice," I said, then instantly covered my mouth with my hand.

Justin said "told you!"

"Shhh! You are going to wake everyone up!"

"Justin?" I heard someone say in the hallway, and I shoved him out of the bed.

"Oof!" He said, landing on the cold floor. He sat cross legged, and I fixed the bed to look like I had only slept in it.

"So what are we doing today?" I asked again.

"Going to meet some of my friends, are you up for it?"

"Yeah, that sounds good." Then, Patti knocked quietly on the door. "Come in!"

"Good morning!" She said brightly. "Did we sleep well?"

"Yes," we said.

"Good morning!" I said, walking into the kitchen. It was about 9:30, and everyone seemed to be up now. I grabbed a cup of coffee and leaned against the counter.

"Would you like some break feast dear?" Justin's grandmother asked me, "we have sausage, and bacon, and eggs..."

My stomach churned just thinking about it. "Could I just have some cereal? I don't like to eat anything too heavy in the morning."

"Cherrios? You're so boring," Justin teased me, as he walked into the kitchen.

"I'll eat my healthy cheerios while you eat your bowl full of sugar," I laughed, as he grabbed Capn' Crunch Berries from the cabinet.

"Hey," he pointed the box at me, looking all serious, "don't insult the captain."

We ate our break feast, then headed out. We walked down the street a little bit before kids starting coming out. "Yo! What's up man?" Justin said, doing the 'bro' hug with another guy.

"Chaz, this is Elena, Elena this is my best friend Chaz."

"Ohhh you're the girl he can't stop talking about," Chaz laughed.

"Dude!" Justin said, elbowing him.

"What? She is very pretty!" Chaz said cheakly.

"Okay, moving on," Justin said, laughing.

I was introduced to about ten more people, then all of a sudden this girl comes out of nowhere, jumping onto Justin squealing.

"Justin! I missed you so much! Why didn't you tell me you were coming home?!" With several kisses to his cheeks.

"Julia!" He said, clearly equally excited to see her. Ryan elbowed him and then gestured towards me, standing there awkwardly looking at there display. Justin cleared his throat and stepped back from her. "Have you met Elena? Elena this is Julia, Julia this is Elena," He said, and she held out her hand.

"His girlfriend," I felt the need to put in. I saw Justin's cheeks turn pink. He wasn't the only one embarrassed.

"It's nice to meet you! Don't worry about us, we have been friends since we were little," she laughed obnoxiously. I hated her already. "I have a boyfriend too, maybe you have met him? Aaron? We're all in a circle of friends.

I nodded along, pretending to be listening. Thank God for Ryan, who decided to bud in. "Yeah, so let's head over to my place," When we all started walking away, she got the message. She look disappointed for a moment, before snapping into her Barbie self.

"Oh, okay! I'll see you all later! I have to go meet Aaron anyway..." she said, walking away.

I followed Ryan down the street, and Justin tried to take my hand. I moved away and started talking with Ryan. "Have you always lived here?" I asked, and he started talking about generations of his family living in the same general area. We arrived a few moments later at this cute blue house, and we followed him inside.

"We're just friends Elena," Justin said to me quietly as we walked through the house to their furnished basement.

"Yeah, you looked pretty friendly," I muttered, looking away.

"Come on, don't be like that. You can get jealous of every girl that throws herself at me." He said, taking my hand. "Please don't be mad," he gave me the puppy dog eyes.

"Stop that, you look creepy," I laughed.

"That's my girl," he said, kissing me on the lips.

"Okay, are we going to sit here all day or play some Black Ops?" Chaz said, chucking a pillow at us. I sat down on a bean bag, and grabbed a controller.

"Do you know how to play...?" Ryan asked, confused.

"Hell yeah! Leggo!" I said, mocking Justin. He stuck his tongue out at me and grabbed a controller. In a matter of minutes had managed to kill everyone and win the round.

"That was just luck," Justin murmered, restarting it. I beat him again. And again. And again. "I don't want to play anymore, I'm bored," he said, chucking the controller to the side.
