I want to feel what love is.
I want to know how it feels to want someone more than anything in the world, how it feels to have such strong feeling about someone that you would take your own life just to know that theirs is safe. Hearing someone say "i love you" right now, in high school almost means nothing to me. They chances of those three words being true are slim to none. Seeing the way my mom would look at my dad and how her eyes lit up when he walked through the door after getting home, how he would smile from ear to ear and rush to have her in his arms as fast as he could... that.. was true love, the way she still, after 5 years of him being gone, cant see herself with anyone else but the man she truly loved is how I know that it does exist. I want to be able to look at someone and know that I will have feelings for them for the rest of my life, to be able to say that I don't want anyone else in the world but that one person forever. I want to feel what love is.
