think I'm ready to admit it.
~I cry myself to sleep every
other night because in comparison to everyone else around me;
I'm worth nothing.~
~I don't allow myself to eat breakfast or
lunch, and only a snack for dinner, because I thrive for that
number on the scale to go down.~
~I get into petty fights with the ones I care
for the most because I need their
attention.~
~When I look in the mirror, the only things
that I can see are flaws.~
~I'm addicted to being upset; because
it's better than
feeling nothing.~
~I often sit in my room alone, crying
until it gets to the point where I can't
breathe.~
~I don't want to live this life; but
I'm too much of a coward to end it on my
own.~
~I don't try to hide my emotions, because
I'm dying for someone notice that I'm not
okay.~
I'm in pain, and
I just want someone to help me through
it.

V that was probably the most meaningful thing i've ever, and i mean EVER in 10 years heard sarah say, (or type) so don't take that as not true Haylee. She's right. Completely & totally right. This is heartbreaking, and you don't deserve to feel this way. You did nothing wrong, just stay gold Haylee<3

Katie's right, we do notice, and reading this pretty much broke my heart.
1. You are NOT worth nothing, your worth a whole lot more than you think Haylee
2. Your not even fat I'm pretty sure I weigh more than you
3. You know you have me and Katies attention whenever you need it, just talk to us and we'll be there
4. Everyone has flaws, if someone doesn't their not real, having flaws is what makes us human, and you are absolutley beautiful, don't doubt it for a minute, and no I'm not just saying it I actually mean it, I'd kill be able to look like you
5. You know I'm here if you ever need to talk so it doesn't get to the point where you're crying until you can't breathe, and Katie is too
6. If you ever, and I mean ever killed yourself I don't know what I'd do.

Sarah & I notice, every single day, we just need you to be open with us. Haylee, we all have flaws. But you do have some beautiful features, your eyes, your smile, and your heart. We're all a little but up inside, but thats okay. Its normal. If you need anything, you know your bestfriends are there for you, always, at any time of the day. We love you. <33
