okay so here are some notes:
background colors can be changed (there are more than that) here is the code:
<div style="background-color: COLORHERE;">type here</div>
replace where it says COLORHERE with any color/color code.

for the spaces of lines closer and spaces of letters closer you can change the amount of how it is close or far away [ where it says 10px and -3px replace with any number ]

you can change size of text. [ where it says 100pt change it with any number ]

for the border, you can change the color and size. [ color; change where it says [ black ] to any color and size; where it says [ 5px ] change it to any number ]

fonts can be changed too. go to this site: http://www.thepicky.com/microsoft/windows-7-new-fonts-list/ or google fonts. add any font name you want to this code where it says FONT NAME HERE:
