One

My
name is Brooklyn, Brooklyn Elizabeth Shest. I'm five foot four, I
weigh 130 pounds. I have piercing blue eyes, black hair with
purple streaks and I've been told that i have a
''perfect smile,'' even though there is no such
thing as Perfect.I'm fifteen years old but I'm not
your typical teenager. I'm insecure, I listen to alternative
music, I dye my hair all the time, I've
never had my first kiss, nor have I ever had a boyfriend, I have
no friends, I'm bisexual and to top it all off, I cut. Nobody
knows about it but it started two years ago, in eighth grade. In
eighth grade the captain of the football team, Tyler, posted on
his Facebook status that I did drugs, but I don't. Since
Tyler is so popular everyone saw it and everyone that didn't,
heard it from other people. The whole school knew! No matter how
many times I said "I don't do drugs'', nobody
believed me. After that I lost all of my friends and I was
referred to as 'The creepy weird girl,' but I'm not
called that anymore. I'm always called down to the school
guidance counselor to talk but whenever I go I get way to mad,
start to cry, and storm out of the room as fast as possible. I
would go straight to the bathroom and call my mother to come pick
me up. She did every time I asked. Missing school so often
started to make my B's drop down to F's. After a while I
was failing every subject. That is when I officially turned
'emo.' I thought I was the stupidest, fattest, ugliest
most useless person that has ever
lived.
