sat on your bed with your knees pulled up to your chest,
and just sat there crying, not crying because [he] broke your heart
or because she called you fat or ugly,
but cried miserable tears
and between sobs you said

sat there and cryed out for help but no one seemed to hear you
and you stayed in the same exact spot not moving and the only sound you could hear
