Thanks both of y'all it helped a LOT! The best friend does like me.. I have tried to tell my boyfriend to stop texting my friend cause it only causes problems and he said he likes talking to her.. and he doesn't want to stop texting her. I don't want to control him or anything like that but I know what happens when friends get in the middle of things. I will deffinitly wait to make it a "couple" thing. Y'all are the best thank you!

i would be honest with your boyfriend and tell him what qualities you like in a boyfriend. there's always that one conversation that sort of is "dreaded" but people always discuss it. I think that you should tell him what things cause you to be annoyed and see if he could stop and works things out. If you don't have feelings for your boyfriend, i'd break up with him. from what you wrote,it doesn't seem like you like your boyfriend like you thought you did, but i think you like his best friend more than your boyfriend. I think that dating your ex's best friend should wait a little while to be a "couple" thing, but i think you should try to works things out before making a decision. i don't know if that helped or not but i hope it did

Does his best friend like you too? Because if he does; you should tell your boyfriend the truth & if he really loves you he'll be alright with you going out with his bestie.
