My Crazy Ordinary Life
When I got home from school I decided it was time for my plan.
"Mommmm", I asked sweetly.
"What Aims", My mom asks knowing something is up.
"Um.. I have a HUGE question for you", I say.
"Oh boy, shoot", My mom says.
"Okay, so Sophies' parents are making her move to Maine, and I don't want her to go, I mean we've been friends forever! Since pre-k, she can't go and on top of that Kyle and I just started going out and what if Sophie gets a boyfriend, I mean she just can't leave!", I say starting to cry; Why was I telling my mom so much.
"You and Kyle? Oh la la", My mom laughs. "Okay.. So you never asked your question, you just stated some facts". 
"C-can Sophie come live with us", I stutter out.
"Oh my, I mean I love Sophie and all, but I don't know what her parents will think about that. Maybe if she just stays for the school year and goes up to Maine for the summer? I don't know that is still a super long time away from her parents", My mom says pondering the thought.
"What if she goes up to Maine on all the vacations, including summer vacation and her parents can come down every other month to visit for a weekend", I say remember what Sophie and I rehearsed. 
"I don't know sweetie. I think I'm going to have to talk this over with Sophies' parents", My mom says.
"Okay", I say tears with tears in my eyes. My mom wipes them and pulls me into a hug. Since  my mom is a single mom, she's all i've ever had for a really long time and I'm all she's ever had for a really long time. My dad died when I was just around one year old, so I have no idea who he was. My mom gets emotional about him everyone once in a while and I think this is going to be one of those times.  I head up to my room and turn on my computer. I sign on to facebook to see Sophie is waiting there just as I planned.
Aimee: Hey Soph.
Sophie: Hey Aimzz how'd our plan go?
Aimee: I think it went well, my moms going to talk to yours if thats okay?
Sophie: Thts purrfectly fine w/ me!
Aimee: Alright, I'm really worried, what if they say NO! I mean they can't! That would totally suck.
Sophie: I think they will let us. I hope so D-;
Aimee: Me too, well I gotta go.. You wanna come over after supper? - bring your parents so they can talk.
Sophie: Kk, wil do(: Hope this all wrks out.. Ttyl -bye.
