I woke up the next morning at 9:04. I slowly rolled out of bed. It was
the first day of summer. I was so excited to go to the beach and hang out with my friends and Brandon. I took a quick shower, curled my hair, and applied a little bit of make-up. I decided on a simple sundress, gladiar sandels, and avaitor sunglasses. I looked in the mirror. I look hot. I grabbed my phone of my desk
and texted Mackenzie and Chelsea.
L:Meet me at the beach girlies. <3 Lauren
I threw my phone into my large tote of beach stuff then walked out to my car.
I roared the engine to a start. I thought about inviting Brandon to
come to the beach with with us, but I knew that would make my
friends angry. They think I spend to much time with him.
Just then my phone buzzed. I was almost to the beach, but I pulled over
on the side of the road to read my text.
M: So sorry Laur. Can't make it today. I have a date with Aidan.
I couldn't believe it. I made time for her and she couldn't even come. Whatever... Five minutes later I pulled into the beach. I found a parking
spot and just then my phone went off again.
C: Okay sweetcheeks. I missed spending time with you anyway. Meet you in like 10. Just woke up.
I sighed. At least one of my friends was coming. I was getting sick of Mackenzie anyway. I didn't need her.
