"Alright class. Split up into four groups. You have three hours to walk around and fill out this information sheet, that will be graded as a quiz. Meet back here around 2 o'clock so we can head to the next destination... lunch."
Every one scrambled around looking for their friends and assembling groups. We were allowed to have ten people so, in group we had: Me, Lizzy, Amanda, Nicole, Sarah, her two plastic friends, Brandon, his bud Jake, and the new kid Mark. Well that was easy.
"Okay guys lets get this quiz done so we can just walk around." Everyone agreed and took out their iPhones and Blackberries to Google the answer. No one said we weren't allowed.
I read the first question, and laughed. "Where are we?"
"GUYS I DON'T UNDERSTAND NUMBER ONE." Amanda said, trying to be funny.
"Cool story Amanda! Tell it again!" Oh snap, she got dissed by Brandon.
"So are we just writing Washington DC?" Lizzy asked.
"That is where we are..." Sarah said, and Lizzy tried really hard not to comment back. I could see it in her face. She really doesn't like her.
The next question made everyone laugh. Oh, those history teachers.
The answer we were looking for on number one was not Washing DC, but that is an acceptable answer. We want to know, what building are we in? "The White House." We all wrote. The next few questions were basic knowledge on the white house and branches of government.
"Okay, what now?" Jake asked.
"Wanna just explore a little?" Nicole asked.
"Sure let's go!" I said.
We all walked around until we found a garden. There were a few benches so we sat down to eat the sandwiches we bought. We were all laughing and talking when I got a strange text from an un known number.
