You Dont Need To Strain your Body ! Eat Nice And Healthy , And do Fun Activities ! Play Soccer Or Pass With A Friend , Or Join A Sports Team :) You Are Who You Are , And Thats The Way It Should Be ! You Were Born An Origional , Dont Die A Copy! Your Perfect Inside And Out :)

okaay, don't listen to what other people say! you are beautiful just the way you are! if nobody respects that, then they are just complete jerks! if your not happy with your figure, or weight, then go for a jog once in a while.
