" Wake up
Mel!" My mom smiled," Its your birthday and you
don't want to be late! Your fathers downstairs and its
practiclly 11oclock!" I got up and we went down stairs.
"Happy birthday!" My parents sang as i stumbled
downstairs. They rushed over and offered me donuts and hugged and
took pictures of me until i told them that i had to go get ready
for the party. Today my entire family was coming over to our
house for a family-birthday party. I was having another one
tomorrow for all my teenager friends. I showered then pulled on a
light blue top and white capris. I went downstairs and
greeted my huge family and all my relatives. Then i saw my aunt
Daphne. My aunt had never liked me, since i'd been born
because i had "stolen my mothers attention from her
work" or so she puts it. My mom manages the enormous fashion
company that my aunt owns. Anyway, me& my cousins played a
game of manhunt around 8 and then ate my 13th birthday cake.
" I'm out of here" my aunt Daphne called when we
set up for a bonfire and strutted out to her car without
speaking a word to me. By the time we got set up, i was freezing
so i ran inside to get a jacket. "AHHHHH" i heard
someone shriek from outside. I ran to the window to see the fire
out of control eating up the porch and burning people. By
the time i got down stairs the house was on fire and everyone was
screaming. I ran for my cell phone and called 911. My uncles were
already throwing buckets of water but it was no help. I bean to
feel really hot and then everything went black.
