People don't have to just talk about what they are feeling
People just express the way they are with words or in poetry of how they feel and what they felt when someone hurt them rele badly to distroyed their Self-Esteem
People don't just express themsleves with words they can even express the way the feel without words or just using Art like drawings of what hurt them or what they feel now since the thing or person is gone......
People even just let the person figure out what they did wrong by problem solving of what killed them rele bad of their actions and mistakes in life
