I've always tried not to
cry.
I've always been strong.
Held my head high.
Admit when I'm wrong.
I'll let you know
when I'm upset, or mad.
I try not to show
whenever I'm sad.
But today when I woke up,
things seemed out of place.
I tried not to choke up,
but tears streamed down my face.
I didn't know why,
honestly didn't care.
It just felt good to cry,
and forget I was
scared.
