Don't weigh yourself, you'll drive yourself insane. Don't concentrate so much on the losing weight, if you get what I'm saying. Just exercise and let it take over your body. Concentrate on how good it makes your body feel and how much more energy you have. Losing weight is the hardest thing to do. Trust me I'm doin it myself. Just stick with it! :) But I just wanna say, you're beautiful no matter what! Don't ever think otherwise.

yeah i agree with her. dont weigh yourself. its not so much about your weight but if your healthy. but i can see your frustration. i know you want to see results. but hey ive been wanting to lose 20 pounds for a looong time and maybe we can do this together :) comment me on my page and we'll talk if your interested!
