"Heyo Terry take your top off!" This is all I heard at
this dumb party. "Yo Alex you wanna shot?" "No
thanks Jer." I said crossing my legs. Stupid Rachel
forcing me to this party. I thought looking around. "Hey
baby come with me to the party room." Some random guy came up
to me grabbing my boob. "She's with me man." My best
guy friend Brendan said coming over. "Suit yourself."
"Thanks B." "Anytime Alex." He said handing me
a Coke. " I should've stayed home with you and played
Black Ops. Sorry for not listening." I said looking down.
"Nah its chill. We can do it some other time." Oh my
gosh those eyes... NO! No Alex. He's your best friend... I
felt myself shiver a bit then I cooled down to size. "You
cold?" Then arms wrapped around me and I heard an
unfamiliar voice. I turned to see Joe Rowlings, drunk obviously,
next to me. "Joe get off please." "No come on baby.
I want you. Like now." He said rubbing my thigh.
"No!" I said shaking from his grip. "Don't yell
at me!" He said grabbing my shoulders. "Leave her alone
Joe." Brendan said standing up. "Man your damn lucky
you're jacked or she'd already be mine." "Yeah
you wish." Then he danced away looking for some more girls to
get some."Thanks Brendan." I said hugging him. "No
problem Alex. Can't let my best friend down like that."
Best friend. The word sank into me deep. Best friends Alex.
