Oh...my world is crumbling apart, I have messed up friendships, I don't feel like I can trust anyone, I'm totally paranoid {and it's driving me insane} that everyone I know is probably gossiping about me. I've tried burying myself in work, but I get stressed and anxious. I try to put on a smile, but I'm afraid that people are starting to see through it.

Welcome to my life. Everytime someone asks me "How are you" I'm like fine" but in my head I'm saying "you don't actually care. You think I"m telling the truth?
