Imperfection is
Beautiful.
Part twoo.♥
So as we skipped around, we came to this huge, and I mean HUGE
park. With like, 9 swings. And I like swings. So I stopped and
pulled him over towards the park.
"Hey! Where are we going? I didn't show you the rest of town yet!" I laughed, and stopped at the swings. I took my arm out, hopped on, and started swinging. Best. Feeling. Ever.
"Get on, or you'll be standing for a while!" I told him, laughing. He was trying to walk on one of those beam things for gymnastics. He must'ov fell off like, 5 times in 20 seconds. He laughed.
"I'm sorry I'm not perfect like you, ok?" He said laughing. He tryed to tuck and roll. You know, like when you jump out of a car, so you don't get hurt that bad? Well, lets just say, he could be more gracefull.
"CATCH ME!" I yelled to him, getting ready to jump off. He came running over, clearly amused by my wierd ways. He held his arms out, and I jumped. I landed perfectly in his arms, that is, untill he thought it would be fun to fall to the ground. I couldn't stop laughing. He fell into a puddle, and he was all covered in mud. Me? I had not a speck on me. I got up and fan away, trying to avoid being covered as well. He chased me, of course.
"Get over here, this is not fair!" He shouted laughing. I ran faster. Bad mistake. I slipped and landed on my butt. I couldn't get up fast enough. In a matter of 30 seconds, we were both covered in mud, and sticking leaves on eachother. I love fall, I thought. This can't get any better. I smiled.
"What's so funny?" He asked. Just as simple as that. But yet, for some reason, it was so funny. I laughed even harder now. And the look on his face was making it harder to stop. I looked away, trying to stop. When I turned back around, he had painted his face with the mud. He looked like an indian. Then my phone rang.
"Hello? At the park. Why? But that's no fair! Ugh. My friend. Cameron. Yes, mom, I know we just moved here, but I met him, didn't I? Fine, I just won't eat dinner then. Ok, bye." I looked at him. "Man, I'm hungry, too." I frowned. I just gave up dinner to hang out with him.
"Would you like to come over for dinner at my
house? It's almost time anyway. Come on, have some sweatpants
and a shirt you can change into." He smiled and grabbed my
hand. We skipped back to his house, passing my mom off, laughing
and waving.
