Chapter
2 Part 2
During lunch Katherine sat down on our table in front of Logan she
said “oh I heard what happened during the bus, are you okay?
I mean you do have a band-aid on your lip.” I couldn’t
help smiling when I put my head on his shoulder. He rested his head
on my head and he looked at me and kissed me in the cheek.
“This wonderful girl beside me put the band-aid on my
lip.”
“oh.” She said glaring at me. I could tell she liked
him. “You know,” she continued “there’s the
spring dance coming up and I was wondering,” I couldn’t
believe her. “Sorry” he said fast, “I already
have a date.” She looked at the both of us and said
“right” and she stood up and left. I asked him
“Who are you going with?”
“Well, she’s this girl that I met my first day, she has
long brown hair, blue eyes, and she is wearing a paramore shirt
today” I looked at him and said “Yes.” He smiled
and said “we still have a few more days but pick you up at
6”
“Oh, okay you’re so sweet that’s why you are
becoming my best friend.” He blushed and said
“you’re becoming my best friend too” I smiled at
him and we finished eating our lunch.
