She looks at him and
says
“now I know I must be over
you
because when I walk away
I won’t look
back.
Because I no longer care
that you won’t come after
me”
She walks
away
hiding the tears in her eyes
hoping he didn’t notice
the quiver in her voice
that would give away the lie
Then she feels his arms
grab her waist from behind
and he whispers in her ear
“Now I know I will never be
over you
because when you walk away
I can’t look
away.
Because I defiantly still care
if you don’t come back to
me”
