Don't look at those stupid magazines
with those fake posers with the fake bodies. YOu don't want to be
like them. Eat healthy and excersise just for the heck of it (plus
it keeps you in shape ;) )
Don't let anyone tell you your not good enough.
You are perfect just the way you are. Don't let some stupid
"popular" girls change your mind about how you think of
yourself because you know what? there just jeleous!
It doesnt matter if you a size 1, 7, or 14. You are gorgeous just
the way you are.
And what
really matters is the beauty on the inside. People will respect you
more if your a good person and not how you look.
Oh and never forget that the only opinions that matter are the ones
that are from the people you care about and from
yourself.
You have to wake
up every morning and tell yourself "Hey i'm beautiful"
(and believe it!)
