Chapter Twenty-six
I woke up rubbed my eyes and looked across my room to where Carly would be sleeping. She wasn't there. Then I heard a noise come from inside the bathroom. I got out of my bed and made my way to the bathroom where I say Carly on the ground picking up something that she had spilt. "Well, Good Morning Sunshine" She greeted me while standing up. "Morning, now would you please tell me why on earth we are up this early?" I asked. "Well, you see we have this thing tonight called a party and we need to go shoppin for it oh and there is this something else called school that you have to go to in less than a month." She said with a smile across her face."I like the idea of the party but not so much the school thing. Can't you come with me?" I said giving her a pouty look. "You know that I would love to but i have to go back to Alabama the day after tomorrow." She said grabbing me by my shoulders and shaking me. "I am not going to know anyone!" I said. "Sure you will you have Connor and all his buddies. oh and you can't forget about Luke! Now, stop your worrying and lets get ready for the mall maybe if were lucky we will meet somebody." She said while running to my closet to pick out some clothes. I got out some dark jean shorts with my gladiators and a flowy flower tank top. For, my hair i straightened it and put in a headband that matched my shirt. To our suprise the mall wasn't that far away. We got to the mall and were totally confused on were to shop. But soon we found our way and within a couple hours we were shopped out and hand me many new clothes for school and tonight. We got back to my house and started to get ready for the pary tonight!
