autumn air, cool and crisp
open field, no one in sight
her back against an old tree stump
she comes here to think
green to golden, the leaves changing
just like this girl.
silent and steady the raindrops fall

yesterday, my boyfriend & i hung out before our dinner reservations at 6:30.
everything seemed completely normal. we got to the resturant (where his
mom works) & she seated us & brought over our waiter. the waiter came over
and asked if we wanted some bread. my boyfriend said sure, &when the bread
came he told me to take a piece. under the bread on the fancy little paper doily
thing, there was writing. before i read it, my boyyriend said to get some butter
& the note was finished on another doily. it was a cute note filled with inside jokes
asking me to go to his prom. that was one of the best feelings.
