Chapter; 6
Me and Nick were still going strong throughout Christmas and New Years. We skype'd just about everyday since we never really had time to see each other. Once it was time to go back to school in January, I was so excited to see my friends.
--- Back to School; January ---
I got back to school and everybody was wearing their new stuff that they had gotten for Christmas. I could tell everyone had had a good vacation. It was a much needed one. "It's good to be back," I said to my friend Lauren. Sure, I hate going to school and waking up early every morning, but I get to see my friends for 6 hours a day! Even if we were learning, I didn't mind it too much. Me and Lauren were walking around the school before the first bell rang and she decided to leave early because she had to go all the way to the 3rd floor. "Bye!" she yelled back at me as she went into the staircase. I waved and decided to go to my study hall. I sat there with Giuliana, Marissa, Alex, Gabby, Rajeen, Kersti, Amber, Noelle, Makayla, Ashley, Sydney, and Van. (haha Van's the only boy, but he leaves us every now and again to go talk to Sammy, Justin, and Travis.) But we had a good time, like always. We always talk about whats going on in school or in our lives or even celebrity stuff. It's a lot of fun, but after the hour is over, it's back to boring old school. The day was actually flying by pretty fast, 2 hours had gone by and it was already time for History. I did not want to go to that class, at alll and you all know why. Seeing him is so difficult sometimes. Anyway, I got through class and the rest of the day in a breeze. The month ended pretty quickly and soon enough, Valentine's Day was around the corner! I was kinda excited because it'd be my first Valentine's Day while in a relationship and I couldn't wait to see Nick again!
--- Valentine's Day ---
Ya know, this was a pretty interesting Valentine's Day. Oh, Luke has a girlfriend! Poor kid, everyone made fun of him for having jungle fever, I felt bad so I told them to stop and Luke thanked me, for the first time ever, I felt accomplished :) As long as he was happy I would back him up in his decision as much as possible, because that's what friends do for each other, they're there when they their friends need help, and that's how I am especially with Luke 'cause I can't loose someone like him in my life. Anyway, he really liked this girl, he got her chocolates and a little stuffed bear and at our lunches they were handing out roses and he got her one! I was so impressed, "Maybe he's finally changing," I thought. But I didn't think it would last long between them, they were never together, they only had one class together, they wouldn't even sit together at lunch. "Why don't you go over to her and sit with her?" I asked Luke. "She's with her friends." he replied. Oh boy, this wasn't gonna go very far. But whatever, it's Valentine's Day! I get to see Nick! I told him not to get me anything because I only wanted him but I knew he wasn't gonna listen; he never does. When I saw him he pulled me into the biggest hug and kissed me sweetly on the cheek (my parents were standing like five feet away -__- ) We were going to back to Nick's house so he greeted my parents, I said bye, and we were off. He held my hand all the way to the car and as soon as we were out of sight of my parents he turned me around to face him, pushed my hair out of my face, lifted my chin up and kissed me ever so gently on the lips. It was adorable :) I honestly did love that kid, I didn't know where I would be without him, he knows so much about me and so much about my life that I knew no matter whether we were together or not I could always go to him because he already knew the situations. And that's the best part, he was my best-friend and my boyfriend, best of both worlds :) I won't go into detail, but it was a good day :) Don't worry, nothing bad actually happened.
