I know we have all bullied before...some may not be as harsh as others, but we all have. Most importantly we have all been BULLIED before. Im sick of bullying just like a lot of other people are, i realize i do it too, and that i need to stop. New years is coming up, and we should all try to end bullying, or at least bring it down a little as our resolution. "i only called them stupid" or "i only pushed her into a locker" is no exuse, those things, and so many more little, or big things can hurt people to beyond belief. Calling someone a name in school, is no exception, because you dont know what that kids going through that day, you could have broke anything they had left..to the point where they could be swallowing pills or hanging themselves on ropes to end their lives. Would you wanna deal with the guilt of knowing you took part in tearing apart that kids happiness, and causing it to death. i wouldnt. the main cause of suicide is bullying, and i hate knowing how little of an effort this world puts in to helping that change. so january 1st, for a starter, take a ripped and old shirt, and take 5 minutes of your time to write every name you have been called, or at least a majority. wear it to school that day, if theres bad words, then just put on a jacket over it. after wearing it all through the school day, take it home and throw it away. If your older, burn it. symbolizing your new start, and that you wanna get involved with helping this bullying stuff end. because no one deserves to be sad
